- We follow up to set a time for the free consultation. That conversation covers your goals and pain points, then you receive a recommended starting point, a realistic scope, and clear expectations for time and cost.
- Which areas do you serve?
- We are based in Crestwood and work throughout Oldham County (including La Grange, Buckner, Goshen, and Pewee Valley), along with Prospect, Louisville, and nearby communities.
- Should I tidy up before the consultation?
- Please do not. Seeing a space the way you actually use it tells us far more than a cleaned-up version, and it makes the plan we recommend more accurate.
- Do I need to know exactly what I want done?
- Not at all. Most people start with a room that feels stuck and a general sense that something has to change. Sorting out the right first step is part of the consultation.
