La Grange is the Oldham County seat, a town where a century-old house on a shaded street and a five-year-old subdivision home can be a few minutes apart. Those two homes have very different storage problems, and they need different plans.
Older homes, smaller closets
Historic houses near downtown La Grange were built before anyone assumed a walk-in closet. They have charm, character, and roughly half the built-in storage of a new build. The fix is rarely more containers; it is deciding what genuinely needs to live in the room, then using vertical space and furniture that earns its footprint.
Newer builds, faster accumulation
In La Grange's newer neighborhoods the challenge inverts. There is plenty of space, so nothing forces a decision, and the pantry, garage, and bonus room absorb years of overflow. We work by category rather than by corner so you can see the true quantity of what you own.
Moves in and out of the county
La Grange sees a lot of movement: families moving in from Louisville, longtime residents downsizing nearby. We handle the organizing side of a move: editing before you pack, preparing rooms in a sensible order, and unpacking into systems rather than onto surfaces.

COMMON QUESTIONS
La Grange questions we hear often.
Do you travel to La Grange?
Yes, regularly. La Grange is a short drive from our Crestwood base and a routine part of our week.
Can you work in an older home with limited closet space?
That is one of our favorite problems. Homes with less built-in storage usually improve the most, because every decision has a visible payoff.
We are moving into La Grange from out of town. Can you unpack for us?
Yes. Unpacking-only projects are common, and arriving to organized kitchens, closets, and bathrooms changes how the first weeks in a new home feel.
Do you help with paperwork and home offices?
Yes. Paper is one of the most common sources of clutter, and a simple, maintainable filing structure is often part of a whole-home project.

Meredith was absolutely amazing, came in ready to go and didn’t stop moving the entire time she was here. I was very comfortable with her here, my dogs were comfortable with her here(German shepherds)- this means a lot to me and I know a lot of others. She knocked out so much stuff I had been putting off for an entire year, I would genuinely recommend her to anyone that needs help. Her energy alone was refreshing and inspiring and she was exactly what I needed! Thank you SO much for all your help Meredith, I am so thankful to have met you.
Meredith is so sweet, easy to work with, and helpful! I have used her for several projects, the most daunting of which was my husband’s workbench area. Meredith is not intimidated by any mess or challenge. Definitely worth it!!
