Whole-home organizing for the way you actually live.

Some homes need one closet reset. Others need a plan for every room. Whole-home organizing works through your house in a deliberate order, beginning with the spaces that shape your day, so progress shows up early and the systems still make sense a year from now.

A color-sorted closet with labeled storage bins

We start where the friction is

The worst-looking room is not always the one to fix first. We begin with the spaces that slow down your mornings and evenings: the entry where bags pile up, the kitchen that makes dinner harder than it needs to be, the closet you avoid. Improving those rooms first changes how the whole house feels and gives the rest of the project momentum.

One room at a time, finished completely

Emptying five rooms at once creates five half-finished projects. We work through a room until it is genuinely done: sorted, edited, arranged, labeled where labels help, with donations loaded and out of the house. You keep living in the rest of your home while the work is underway.

Systems built around the people using them

A pantry organized for one adult fails the moment three kids start packing their own lunches. We ask who uses each space, how often, and at what height, then put everyday items at the point of use. Categories are named the way your family already talks about them, not the way a magazine would.

Storage chosen after the editing, not before

Containers bought in advance tend to decide how much you keep. We edit first, measure the shelf, count what is staying, and only then recommend bins, baskets, or risers, often reusing what you already own. If a purchase makes sense, you get specific sizes rather than a shopping trip full of guesses.

What a project includes

  • A walk-through of every space you want to address
  • A recommended room order and realistic session plan
  • Hands-on sorting, editing, and categorizing alongside you
  • Product recommendations measured to your actual shelves
  • Donation staging and haul-away coordination
  • Labeling and a short routine for keeping the room reset

Start with a free consultation

Sessions are $70 per hour for the lead organizer and $65 for each additional organizer. The consultation is free and comes with a recommended scope before anything is booked.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Whole-home organizing questions we hear often.

Do I have to organize my whole house at once?
No. Most clients start with one or two rooms and add more once they see how the process feels. A whole-home project is simply a series of single-room projects in a sensible order, and you can stop or pause at any point.
Do I need to be there during the session?
For decisions about what stays, yes. Those are yours to make. Once the editing is done, the sorting, arranging, and labeling can happen with or without you in the room, whichever you prefer.
Should I clean or pre-sort before you arrive?
Please do not. Seeing the space as you actually use it tells us more than a tidied version, and pre-sorting often means handling the same items twice.
How much does whole-home organizing cost?
Sessions are billed hourly: $70 for the lead organizer and $65 for each additional organizer. The free consultation gives you a recommended scope and an estimate before any work begins.

Meredith was absolutely amazing, came in ready to go and didn’t stop moving the entire time she was here. I was very comfortable with her here, my dogs were comfortable with her here(German shepherds)- this means a lot to me and I know a lot of others. She knocked out so much stuff I had been putting off for an entire year, I would genuinely recommend her to anyone that needs help. Her energy alone was refreshing and inspiring and she was exactly what I needed! Thank you SO much for all your help Meredith, I am so thankful to have met you.

Meredith is so sweet, easy to work with, and helpful! I have used her for several projects, the most daunting of which was my husband’s workbench area. Meredith is not intimidated by any mess or challenge. Definitely worth it!!
