Edit before you pack
Every box you do not pack is one you do not carry, pay for, or unpack. A pre-move session removes duplicates, expired products, broken items, and belongings that will not suit the next home. Clients are routinely surprised by how much lighter the move becomes after a single pass.
You should not have to find the moving company
We are not a moving company and we do not load the truck, but hiring one does not need to land on you either. We can identify reputable local movers, gather and compare quotes, and lock down the details (date, access, stairs, elevator reservations, what they will and will not carry), then stay in contact with the crew through moving day. You approve the choice; we handle the legwork. If you already have a mover you trust, we coordinate with them instead.
Pack so unpacking makes sense
Boxes labeled by destination room and category unpack in a fraction of the time. We prepare rooms in the order the movers will need them, keep like items together, and separate the things you will want on day one from the things that can wait a month.
An immediate-needs kit that travels with you
Medications, documents, chargers, toiletries, bedding, a change of clothes, and basic kitchen supplies stay out of the truck. The first night in a new home should not depend on finding the right box in a stack of forty.
Unpack into systems, not onto surfaces
Most moves end with unpacked boxes and unusable rooms. We set up the kitchen, bathrooms, and bedrooms first, place items at the point of use, and break down the empties as we go, so the house is functional rather than merely emptied.

Sessions are $70 per hour for the lead organizer and $65 for each additional organizer. The consultation is free and comes with a recommended scope before anything is booked.
No, we do not transport belongings. We manage the moving project around the truck: editing, preparation, packing support, and unpacking. That includes arranging the moving company itself, so hiring one is not left to you.
Can you find and book the moving company for us?
Yes. We can research reputable local movers, collect and compare quotes, and confirm the date, access, and details with the company you choose, then coordinate with the crew on moving day. You approve the mover and the contract stays between you and them; you just do not have to go find them.
Can you help only with unpacking?
Yes. Unpacking-only projects are common, especially when a move happened quickly and the boxes have been sitting for weeks.
How far in advance should we book move support?
As soon as you have a move date. Pre-move editing is most valuable when there is time to donate and release items before packing begins.
Do you help with senior moves?

Meredith was absolutely amazing, came in ready to go and didn’t stop moving the entire time she was here. I was very comfortable with her here, my dogs were comfortable with her here(German shepherds)- this means a lot to me and I know a lot of others. She knocked out so much stuff I had been putting off for an entire year, I would genuinely recommend her to anyone that needs help.
