Prepare your home for sale, one room at a time.

Buyers need to see the home, not everything in it. We streamline surfaces, closets, and storage areas so rooms feel larger and photograph well, while keeping the things you use every day within reach until moving day.

A bright, uncluttered entryway prepared for a home sale

Buyers open every closet

Storage is one of the first things a buyer evaluates, and a packed closet reads as “not enough room” no matter the square footage. Thinning closets, pantries, and the garage does more for perceived space than almost anything else you can do before listing.

Clear surfaces photograph larger

Listing photos flatten a room and every object competes for attention. Countertops, dressers, mantels, and bathroom vanities get pared back to a few intentional items so the eye reads the space itself. The result looks calm on screen and feels bigger in person.

Pre-pack what you are keeping anyway

Everything removed for photos is something you would have packed later. We box and label as we go, so the work you do to sell the house is also progress on the move rather than a temporary staging trick.

You still get to live there

Homes on the market still have to function. We keep daily essentials accessible, set up simple routines for showing days, and make it realistic to keep the house presentable without resetting every room each morning.

What a project includes

  • A room-by-room pass focused on what buyers notice
  • Closets, pantries, and storage areas thinned and tidied
  • Surfaces and visual clutter reduced ahead of photography
  • Items pre-packed and labeled for the upcoming move
  • Donation and haul-away coordination
  • A simple keep-it-ready routine for showings

Start with a free consultation

Sessions are $70 per hour for the lead organizer and $65 for each additional organizer. The consultation is free and comes with a recommended scope before anything is booked.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Preparing a home for sale questions we hear often.

Is this the same as home staging?
Not quite. Professional stagers bring in furniture and decor. We handle the step before that: decluttering, editing, and organizing what is already there, which is often all a well-kept home needs.
How soon before listing should we start?
Ideally two to four weeks before photography, so there is time to release items and pre-pack without rushing. Shorter timelines are workable with a tighter, room-priority plan.
Do you work with our real estate agent?
Happily. If your agent has given you a punch list, bring it to the consultation and we will build the plan around it.
What do we do with everything we remove?
Items you are keeping get boxed and labeled for the move. Everything else is sorted into donation, resale, recycling, and disposal, and we help get it out of the house.

Meredith was absolutely amazing, came in ready to go and didn’t stop moving the entire time she was here. I was very comfortable with her here, my dogs were comfortable with her here(German shepherds)- this means a lot to me and I know a lot of others. She knocked out so much stuff I had been putting off for an entire year, I would genuinely recommend her to anyone that needs help. Her energy alone was refreshing and inspiring and she was exactly what I needed! Thank you SO much for all your help Meredith, I am so thankful to have met you.

Meredith is so sweet, easy to work with, and helpful! I have used her for several projects, the most daunting of which was my husband’s workbench area. Meredith is not intimidated by any mess or challenge. Definitely worth it!!
